Mount Vernon City Library and Burlington Public Library are teaming up to present a four-part series about Open Data. This series is presented in part by Data Equity for Main Street: Bringing Open Data home through local libraries. Part 1: Defining & Identifying Open Data, Wed. May 2nd from 12-1:30pm at Mount Vernon City Library - Learn what Open Data is and how it can be used to power everyday decision making. Part 2: Locating & Using Open Data, Wed., May 9th from 12-1:30pm at Mount Vernon City Library - Just because Open Data is out there, doesn’t mean it's easy to find. Learn some tips, tricks and pathways to great data sources. Part 3: Telling the Story with Open Data, Wed., May 16th from 9-10am at Burlington Public Library. Part 4: Answering Real World Questions, Wed., May 23rd from 9-10am at Burlington Public Library.
