  1. 35th Annual Skagit Valley Tulip Festival

    April 1, 2018 - April 30, 2018

    Every year, hundreds of thousands of people come to the Skagit Valley in April for the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival. As one of Washington State’s most popular destination events, visitors and residents are treated to acres and acres of brightly colored tulips, display gardens that are simply stunning, and photo opportunities around every corner. In 2016 alone, the festival greeted visitors from all 50 states and from 93 countries!   2. Fragrant Shrubs for PNW Gardens

    Sometimes we forget to consider scent when we select plants for our gardens. Fragrance can bring added pleasure and there are many wonderful shrubs that do well here in the PNW that have delightful scents. This talk will cover shrubs for every season and will include a plant list to take home. Presented by Skagit County Master Gardener Diana Wisen.
