  2. Introduction to Shape & Shadow : Free Drawing Workshop (Part 1 of 2)

    May 16, 2018, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM @ Mount Vernon City Library

Dot-Line-Curve-Angle-Circle. That’s all you need to draw. In this basic drawing workshop, you’ll explore the five elements that make up every drawing or painting. You don’t need to be “artistic” to draw. What you need is to be able to break down what you see into these basic elements. Mount Vernon City Library’s own Artist-in-Residence, Betsy Risser, believes art should be fun, relaxing, and part of everyday life.
