South Kincaid Sub-Area Plan
What is a Sub-Area Plan?
Sub-area plans present unique opportunities to create detailed plans for a neighborhood, corridor, downtown, or other district and build on the attributes of an area with the development (and eventual adoption) of a planning document containing an integrated and thoughtful strategy to direct growth.

Background
The City initiated the South Kincaid Sub-Area Plan for a roughly sixty-acre area abutting the southern edge of our historic downtown in early 2017.

A number of stakeholder interviews, a community meeting, and a charrette have been completed to-date.
