The Mount Vernon Police Department periodically will deploy our Radar Sign and/or our Radar Trailers to different areas within the City when citizens are concerned about speed on the roadways. That anonymous data is then collected and placed into an easy to read spreadsheet for Officers to review to determine next steps with enforcement, education and collaboration with various City wide departments.
