Mount Vernon Parks & Recreation offers recreation programs for everyone from the youngest child to the youngest at heart. These programs are designed to provide new skills and experiences, as well as, create opportunities for meeting new friends.
Special Events
Mount Vernon Parks & Recreation is proud to bring to our community several large special events throughout the year. Families and friends can gather for a night of festive music and spectacular fireworks at our Fabulous 4th of July, young artists can show their creative side at our Youth Arts Festival, and families can enjoy a night of dancing at our Kids Choice Valentine Ball.
