The Kulshan Creek Neighborhood Garden was established at its current site in 2008. Dr. Laughlin from the Kulshan Dental Clinic donated the use of approximately 10,000 square feet of land to establish the neighborhood garden. The garden provides spereate plots for approximately 35 families, and use of the garden is free. Individual garden spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis and there is currently a waiting list for families wanting garden spaces.

Familes with plots in the garden are responsible for maintaining their respective plots and providing water. The garden has a common area with park benches and a picnic table for public use. The Kulshan Creek Neighborhood Resource Offcier is responsible for the overall management of the garden and assists families with obtaining necesscary materials for individual plots.
