The hearing will be held by the Mount Vernon Design Review Board on Monday, October 3, 2022 starting at 9 am via Zoom.
Those wishing to participate in this virtual hearing must call 360-336-6214 or email: PermitTech@mountvernonwa.gov no later than 8:30 am on the day of the hearing to receive information needed to participate in this virtual hearing.
Design Review Board Public Hearing - Library Commons Project

The Design Review Board will be asked to make decisions on the below-listed elements of the Library Commons project. The City Council has already made final decisions on other elements of this project; and as such, the review and decisions by the Board are strictly limited to these listed items:
- That lighting considerations have been fully vetted. To demonstrate this may require a full-scale curtain wall mock-up.
- The rotating element of the projecting sign identified at the northeast corner of the proposed building.
