MVLC November Project Update

The new library will provide almost twice as much area dedicated to Youth Services (Children’s) as the existing library. This remains one of the priority programming services for the community. It will continue to have its own information and circulation desk, and a self-check station. There is space for Play and Learn, Hands-on Projects, Story Time, and Quiet Reading. In addition, Youth Services will take advantage of its close proximity to the large Community and Flex Rooms, the shared Conference Room in the Commons, and the Commons itself to deliver a wide array of programming activities and events. There are also two outdoor roof areas that can be used for programming - the roof terrace on the east and the west overlook. Play and Learn returns!

Drop-in Fridays & Saturdays from 11am - 12:30pm for self-guided kindergarten readiness activities for caregivers and children to explore together. Ages 2-6.
