Fall Storytimes

We are so excited to get back to Storytimes! All season long we will be offering 4 Storytimes per week, Toddlers on Tuesdays, Preschoolers on Wednesdays, Bilingual Spanish on Thursdays, and Babies on Fridays. Join us for some early literacy fun with books, songs, fingerplays and body movement. Then stay for playtime afterwards! Storytimes are offered daily Tuesday - Friday at 11:30am

Fall Mini Masterpiece Art Show

Our Spring show was such a hit, we are doing it again! The theme this time around is portraits. Paint your pet, yourself, your imaginary friend, your favorite celebrity, whoever you'd like...just make sure it has a face! Free kits are available to pick up at the Library now. Don't forget to bring your masterpiece back to the library for display the whole month of September and come and see all the paintings and vote for your favorites. Prize winners will be announced September 30th.

Library Card Sign-up Month

Keep an eye out all month long for our library outreach team popping up at locations all over town to offer library card sign-ups, give out library information, and library swag! And when you sign up for a library card in September you can enter to win a $100 VISA gift card! If you already have a library card, you can enter to win $100 VISA Gift card from the American Library Association by taking a library card selfie and posting it on Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #GetLibraryCarded.
