Help Plan the future of MV

At the Library, we are often asked how the city came up with the idea for the Mount Vernon Library Commons. The truth is the city got the idea from the public during a meeting about the comprehensive plan. If you have ideas of what Mount Vernon should build next, participating in the comprehensive plan process is a great way to get your voice heard. 

Plus, it will be the first opportunity for the public to use our new conference room from 1 pm to 3:30 pm next Saturday, December 14th.
