    Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese exercise that has been a daily prescription for health and longevity for hundreds of years. Taught by experienced instructor Bob Shapiro, this class focuses on balance, posture, relaxation, breathing, visual, and mental concentration. These very graceful and fluid movements promote mind and body harmony. This class is open to new as well as experienced students. Wear loose fitting clothing.
