Comprehensive Plan
BACKGROUND: Mount Vernon's Comprehensive Plan is the city's fundamental policy document that will guide growth from 2016 to 2036. The Comprehensive Plan describes how the City will continue to provide facilities and services to accommodate jobs, homes, and open spaces. The city's first Comprehensive Plan was adopted in 1960. The city's current Comprehensive Plan was adopted on September 14, 2016 with Ordinance 3690.

Most of these documents are very large and could have extended download times.
