City offices and the Mount Vernon Library Commons will be closed on Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29 for the Thanksgiving holiday.
If your usual garbage collection day is Thursday, it will be collected a day early on Wednesday, November 27.
If your usual garbage collection day is Friday, it will be collected on Monday, December 2.
