Schedule of work 11/19/13 to 12/2/13:
Strider Construction will continue setting concrete forms, placing rebar, and concrete for the floodwall.
The new parking area was paved last week and is planned to be open by Thanksgiving. Concrete sidewalk will be installed adjacent to the parking area this week. The Landscape contractor will start placing topsoil in preparation for planting.
Strider Construction will be performing minor work activities the week of Thanksgiving. December 2nd work will begin to install an underground utility system on Main Street between Gates and Pine Street. Partial road closures of Main Street will be required as this work progresses.
This project remains on schedule to be complete by September 2014.
