Municipal Research and Service Center
The City of Mount Vernon is now using the Municipal Research and Service Center (MRSC) Shared Roster for its architect / engineering and small works rosters. MRSC Rosters is an online database for consultants and contractors to market their services to Washington State local governments (Agencies) in the most cost-effective and efficient way. MRSC Rosters accepts and processes consultant and contractor information and then provides agencies with a tool to search statewide and contact potential bidders.
