Permit Notices

The Development Services Department (Department) has a number of permits and projects that are actively being worked on. Below are instructions on how you can view additional information on these permits, projects and plans.

Navigate to Permit Portal

• The Department uses a permit portal to process and track permits and projects - click HERE to be directed to this portal.  
• Once on the permit poral click on the "GO" icon under the heading 'Public Notices'.  Once the disclaimer is accepted a new page will appear allowing searches by permit number, address, name, or contractor.  

Search Tips

• All building permits are identified with the prefix "BLDG" followed by the two digit year the permit was submitted, e.g. BLDG25-0001 was the first building permit submitted in 2025.  
• Engineering permits are identified with the prefix "ENGR", fire permits by "FIRE", planning permits by "PLAN", flood permits by "FLOOD" and code amendments by "CA".
